In The Style Curve Alexiss red floral bardot dress

Hello babes! I've got a belter of a dress to show you from In The Style Curve today - the Alexiss, which has a saucy thigh split. This rusty shade of red is such a good colour for me. Read on for lots more pics and my review.

First things first, this dress is really long, so if you're close to 5ft you'll be tripping over yourself. I'm 5ft 5 and a half and I stepped on it a lot. But look at it though - I think it's worth it! I felt part naughty girl and part princess wearing it. I was trying not to flash my undies off as it was so windy by the sea where we shot these photos, yet princessy as the length of the dress meant I had to kick out my feet to keep the dress from tripping me up. This must be how women walk at the Oscars in their fancy gowns!

As you can see, the dress is a bardeau with a shirred bust and arms. It's really comfortable to wear, and there's a lot of room in the dress. I'm wearing a size 28 and I could have easily sized down so do bear that in mind if you're between sizes.

This dress can be revealing in a high winds (and we had some of them this day!) but the dress has a good foot of crossover so you can hold the fabric in place and protect your modesty.

This shot below is a little out of focus but I love it so much I don't care.

I don't know if I'm going to get the dress hemmed yet, but I'm glad it's in my wardrobe.

I've just spent about an hour looking for something similar to these boots, but no luck. It seems chocolate brown boots are out of favour now, let alone trying to find some that are flat AND faux suede AND have tassels.
