When I was at my mum's last week I treated myself to a couple of bits from Yours to cheer myself up.

My mum is back in hospital

The reason for my recent lack of posts in the last 2 weeks is because my mum has been really ill.

I didn't do a dedicated post to it, I just mentioned it briefly in a couple of my 366 photo summaries as some of the photos were of my mum and the view from the ward she was on.

From the Mariana Trench to Mount Everest

This week has been one of hideous lows and the highest highs. In the early hours of last Saturday my mum had emergency surgery as some of you will have read/seen on Facebook. She is now doing well and I'm going to stay with her for a few days from tomorrow. YAY!

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

I watched Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy last night. Has anyone else seen it? Anyone read the book?

If so, did you get it? I was lost the whole time and had to look up the plot on Wikipedia afterwards. I think I will watch it again soon. Now I know who the spy is, I'll have to see if there were clues pointing to him throughout.
