Hiya! In this post I'm introducing plus size ladies business suits from LucyAlice and luxury nightwear from David Nieper so you can be in comfort and quality all day long, from the office until bed time and beyond. There's nothing like changing into your comfies after a long day of being a responsible adult, so why not do both in absolute quality?

OMCZ 24 - Keeping it casual

Hello lovelies!

This fortnight's theme was chosen by Natalie, who said: "I always love seeing everyone looking lovely in their outfits but what do you wear when you are lounging around at home? Are you an all day pj girl or do you still keep it glam?"

It varies. Sometimes I might be in something casual all day with no make up on and my hair in a pony tail, or I might have a dress on with my eyebrows on point and red lippy on.

I recently bought some new jammies from Yours Clothing after seeing them on the lovely Lolly's blog so I thought I'd show them here today. As soon as I saw the print I did a big squee and since I had a bit of Christmas money left it was serendipitous.

The print is lipsticks and nail polish. How adorable! The PJ bottoms are £12 and the top is £10. They're made from a lovely soft cotton. The bottoms have a hot pink ribbon drawstring waist. A tip - tie a couple of knots in the ends of the ribbon. I showed hubby just how big the trousers are by stretching the waist out and the ribbon ends got lost inside the waistband. I spent about 15 minutes pulling them out. Only me, eh?!

I think they kinda look like hospital scrubs. I look cute!

I'm looking for pockets here and there are none!

I'm wearing a 34/36 in both top and bottoms to allow for shrinkage as they're made out of t-shirt material which tends to shrink over time, especially when you bung the tumble dryer on for too long (which seems to be my speciality.) Hubby's t shirts are starting to look like crop tops, hahaha. Also the top is longer, the sleeves are longer and the neckline is lower because of the oversize fit, and I will wear it as a t shirt too because it's too good not to wear alll the time. I always go at least 2 sizes up with lazy lounge wear. I like to feel the breeze, maaaan.

I took these photos as the sun was going down so there's a golden glow to the photos I like, especially the way it makes my hair look fiery.

Cosy loungewear OOTN

Howdy friends!

Unless you're living in some sunnier clime, you may have noticed it's colder than a polar bear's happy sack. Last winter our heating bills were so astronomical that we're still feeling the pinch. This year we're relying on other methods to heat ourselves and only putting the heating on for a couple of hours a day.

I bought this microfleece lounger from Simply Be when they sent me a 20% code. It cost £17.60 after the discount.

I'm 5ft 5 and this comes a few inches below my knee, as you can see.

The hood is plenty big - I can pull it almost entirely over my face.

It has a drawstring hood with pom pom trim and a pocket. I'd have liked a drawstring waist too but overall it's a fab winter warmer.

I size up for nightwear with all brands because I can't bear to be constricted, and I always have to size up with Simply Be as their sizing is whack so I went up 2 sizes to a 32/34. It's quite static-y so it fits quite close to the torso but I can wear clothes underneath and still have room to manoeuvre. It's a quite thin microfleece, but so warm. I won't wear this in bed because we have a lot of covers so it gets quite warm, but for chilling out in in the evenings it's grand.

Outside My Comfort Zone 16 - Nightwear OOTD

Hello pickles!

This challenge was chosen by Rebs, who said:  "I want to pick 'nightwear'! Let's see what you wear to bed, or flash us your naughty but nice undies, or show us what you'd wear for a good old fashioned sleepover."

Well, I sleep nude, so I'm not showing you that! ;) Since it's nightwear I have no make up on and no bra. I don't sleep in one, although I probably should if I don't want boobs down to my knees when I'm an old lady.

Hello Kitty slippers, Primark (April, don't know if they still have them.)

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but when I'm going through my photos for which ones to post, I like almost all of them. I think 'Ooh, I look cute in that one. And that one. And that one!' Of course there are some photos I don't like, but on the whole I love myself, and I wish that for everyone. I've said it before and I'll say it again, but taking photos of my body regularly has been THE biggest key to loving myself. How can you see your own beauty if you don't look at yourself?! Become a selfie queen and start appreciating yourself. I swear it'll work.
