It was Mookie's birthday party a couple of weeks ago, and James and I went to celebrate with her and her hubby Mike. It was a joint celebration for Mookie's 40th and her daughter's 18th so there were lots of people there. The venue was a cosy country pub outside of Guildford which had set up a lovely gazebo in the garden. Naturally we had to get together to take blogger photos.

It was nice to catch up on some blogger time, because I'm so far out of the loop. Because things have been a bit stressful here I've kept myself to myself for the last couple of months and I'm soooooo behind the times. Not being able to go to many plus size events because of the toll it takes on me really means I miss out on the community aspect and it does get me down. Hey ho.
We had to leave before Mookie opened her presents as it was such a long drive back, which was a big shame, but I hope she was spoiled rotten as she deserves it!
