7 affordable plus size party dresses

Today I'm sharing 7 plus size party dresses under £50. You may have noticed there are only 6 in the collage photo - I'm wearing the 7th one. I've included a mixture of maxi dresses and shorter dresses with long sleeves or sleeveless styles so hopefully there's something for everyone who wants a bit of glam in the run up to Christmas. If you haven't nailed down which little number you'll be wearing on Christmas day, for a nice meal out or to the work Christmas party, I hope this will help.

I have the silver dress from In the Style Curve in a size 28 and it's REALLY generously sized. I reckon it'd fit someone of a size 30/32. It has loads of give because of the pleated plisse fabric. It also comes in lots of colours other than silver - bronze, rose, wine and black. I'll be wearing it in an outfit post soon.

My seventh pick is a dress you've already seen, this velvet layer dress from Evans. It's £31.50 and is available up to a size 32. You can see my review of it here, but here are some photos you won't have already seen.

I've got mischief in my face in every one of those shots. I just can't help it! 😁
