Outfit post || PVC and polka dots

Hello you!

I always like contrast in my outfits if I can, so when I thought about wearing my pvc Simply Be skirt from last year, I knew I wanted to soften it up somehow. How? Polka dot, of course!

The boots are rocking but the cardi and polka dots soften it a bit. Sometimes I like to go all out rock, but sometimes I like to reign it back a bit.
