I realised the other day that my favourite, most comfortable shoes are all from Very - specifically the So Fabulous wide fit shoes from Very. I have 4 pairs which I've bought over the last couple of years and they're the ones I always reach for when I know I'll be walking a while and comfort is is important. I haven't been asked to write about these shoes, and I bought them all with my own money. They're all amply wide for my boxes-with-toes feet, and they help cushion my feet. I have to be really careful what I wear on my feet - Fibromyalgia makes me prone to Achilles heel issues. These shoes give me no problems at all. There was a time a few years ago when I lived in my Dr Martens Mary Janes as everything else hurt my feet too much.
The first ones are my most recent pair. They're VERY oversized though. I had to send my 7s back and order 6s.
The next three pairs were all bought in the sale for various prices. The So Fab shoes are often on sale, so keep your eyes peeled.
This is why you'll often see these shoes in outfit posts. They look good, they're reasonably priced, and they're totally comfortable.
