Fatshion Feb day 9 - Tropical OOTD

Bonjour!

In this post I have a large plant sprouting from my head. It must've caught hold in all this rain and wind. ;)

Sometimes it's the outfits I put the least thought into that come out the best. I grabbed an armful of cardigans and accessories at random and made this 'pot luck' outfit which looks pretty good to me. This is day 4 of 14 using the same black dress. I'm alternating a 'black dress day' with a normal outfit post every day of Feb.

I bought the hair flower at a burlesque show run by my lovely friend Julie a couple of years ago. I love burlesque! The polka dot scarf I used as a belt, I *think* came from a charity shop but can't remember for certain. I said earlier in the week I'd be using a lot of older items in my Fatshion February posts and I wasn't kidding - everything in this post is old.

Again this is another post where I could've done with some tights - coulda woulda shoulda as that episode of Sex and the City was called. ;) That reminds me, I really ought to catch some repeats. I LOVE SATC. Samantha is my fave!
